Some years ago, the ICA General Assembly established a mandate to develop a new system for voting and membership fees that is fairer, more transparent, and simpler to manage.
We are now ready to share with you a well-developed, thorough proposal that meets these objectives. This proposal has been meticulously prepared by the President and Vice-Presidents, the Director General, and the Regional Directors, ensuring that perspectives across our global leadership are reflected.
We are now entering the consultation stage. We bring this proposal to our Regions, Sectoral Organisations, and members at large to ensure an inclusive and informed dialogue.
ICA members and ICA bodies are invited to participate in one of the following webinars to better understand the proposed reform and how it benefits our alliance:
- 27 April, 13.00-15.00 CET,
- 6 May, 15.00-17.00 CET,
- 15 May, 17.00-19.00 CET,
Based on the feedback received during these sessions, a final proposal will be prepared for submission to the ICA General Assembly for approval on 15 September 2026 in Panama.
